POOL CONSTRUCTION
This intensive 8-hour day course provides architects, builders, and tradespeople with a practical overview of residential swimming pool construction. It covers foundational engineering, excavation, plumbing, steel, shotcrete, and startup, helping professionals transition into the custom pool building industry.
Morning Session: Theory & Engineering
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Site Planning & Design
Understanding site access, zoning ordinances, soil conditions, and utility placement. We cover surveying properties and reading blueprints.
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Structural Engineering & Layout
